This came up in a chat with a friend today. Sure code is sometimes hacky but it generally doesn't outright declare itself horrendous...

Me: I mean when did I ever want to say EnsureWidgetWibblesHorrendouslyDuringTesting(Widget w, WibbleFunction wf)
On the other hand, sometimes The Daily WTF makes me wonder whether code should be plastered with disclaimers and apologies just in case...
